What is Our Tracts?
We are the outdoors on your schedule. We provide short and long term leases on private property. The outdoor recreational activities listed on our site include: deer hunts, hog hunts, duck hunts, dove hunts, turkey hunts, predator hunts, small game hunts, target shooting, scouting, frog gigging, bow fishing, and fishing. How do I get my property listed?
How do I collect proceeds from bookings of my property?
There are several payment options available to the landowner. You are paid after the booked event occurs – but payments can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, or even annually if a traditional lease/event is booked. Payments are made by EFT/ACH (banking account information is required) or by check. Can I get a refund if I’m unable to hunt/fish on the day I reserved?
Our Tracts reserves the right to cancel a booking due to any circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Our Tracts cancels an event, members will be given a full refund or the offer to reschedule.
Booking Cancellation by Member
The deadline to receive a full refund for your booking is 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the date of the booking.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline (2 weeks) but before 2 days (48 hours) of the date of the booking will receive a refund for the amount paid less a 10% service fee.
Refunds will not be available for members who cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of the booking date or choose not to attend the booking.
Cancellations will be accepted by email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Not attending due to weather will not be refunded.
All refund requests must be made by the member who made the booking.
Refund requests must include the member’s name, the date of the booking, and the property booked.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all Our Tracts bookings.
