What is Our Tracts?

We are the outdoors on your schedule. We provide short and long term leases on private property. The outdoor recreational activities listed on our site include: deer hunts, hog hunts, duck hunts, dove hunts, turkey hunts, predator hunts, small game hunts, target shooting, scouting, frog gigging, bow fishing, and fishing. Proceeds go to support landowners to help mitigate costs associated with owning land. . We hope to see you out there, on Our Tracts. Click the TRACTS page to sign up today

How do I get my property listed?

Simply sign up as a landowner on the website and you can starting listing properties. We can help you through the process and have videos to show you the steps. If you would like us to walk you through it call us at 1-724-246-4868 Or email us at hello@ourtracts.com

How do I collect proceeds from bookings of my property?

There are several payment options available to the landowner. You are paid after the booked event occurs – but payments can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, or even annually if a traditional lease/event is booked. Payments are made by EFT/ACH (banking account information is required) or by check. You can contact Our Tracts by sending us your name, contact information, and a brief message on the CONTACT page and we will reach out to you directly. You may also call

How do I know who is on my property?
Our Tracts will email you the Land Use Agreement digitally signed by the member booking your property. You will keep this information for your records. This Land Use Agreement is based on the terms you discussed with Our Tracts during the initial meeting. You and the member will receive this digitally signed agreement via email at the time of booking. Remember, Our Tracts members have been run through a criminal background check prior to gaining access to the property listings. Unverified members cannot see available properties. We also require that each applicant provide a hunting license number before becoming a member of Our Tracts.
How do I become a member?
Click the TRACTS link on the home page then click the join button. You must enter all the required information. Then agree to the User Agreement, Our Tracts Oath, Terms and Conditions, and Criminal Background Check. Once your information has been verified via criminal background check, Our Tracts will allow you full access to the application. This process can take up to 48 hrs. You will have limited access to the application during this time but will not be able to view or book properties. You must be 18 years of age to be a member of Our Tracts. What is the screening process for members? Or can anyone become a member?
Our Tracts reserves the right to deny access based on the terms and conditions of the site. This means not everyone will be eligible for membership. You must be 18 years or older, be capable of attaining an Arkansas Hunting License, have never been convicted of a felony or sexual misconduct, and agree to the Our Tracts User Agreement. If I’m a member, can I bring a friend with me when I hunt?
Yes, some properties will allow you to bring a guest. A guest can be a minor child, camera operator, or hunting guide. Our Tracts hunting opportunities are purchased by the bow or firearm. This means only you or the guest can possess a legal weapon if utilizing the guest services. Camera operators, guides, or any guests over the age of 18 must be verified through the site and be a member of Our Tracts. Guests must remain within 10 feet of each other during hunts. All outdoor recreational activities are subject to a quality control check by an Our Tracts representative. Failure to adhere to the Land Use Agreement or Terms of Service, or User Agreement of Our Tracts will result in termination of access to the site and possible legal action.
Can I get a refund if I’m unable to hunt/fish on the day I reserved?
Booking Cancellation by Our Tracts

Our Tracts reserves the right to cancel a booking due to any circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If Our Tracts cancels an event, members will be given a full refund or the offer to reschedule.

Booking Cancellation by Member

The deadline to receive a full refund for your booking is 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the date of the booking.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline (2 weeks) but before 2 days (48 hours) of the date of the booking will receive a refund for the amount paid less a 10% service fee.

Refunds will not be available for members who cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of the booking date or choose not to attend the booking.

Cancellations will be accepted by email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Not attending due to weather will not be refunded.

All refund requests must be made by the member who made the booking.

Refund requests must include the member’s name, the date of the booking, and the property booked.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

 

These above policies apply to all Our Tracts bookings.

How does the Liability Insurance work?
We understand that the relationship you have with Our Tracts should be built on trust and safety. This is why we provide Limited Liability Insurance at no cost to you. The land and landowners are covered through this insurance. This coverage only applies to activities booked through Our Tracts. Landowners must have an active membership and be following the Landowner Agreement in place for any insurance coverage to apply. Outdoor Underwriters provides coverage and will handle all claims.
